I called Wayne's after another company came out and told me i needed several replacement parts to fix a heating problem. My system is only 5 yrs old. When the quoted me the price to get and install the parts, i decided to get a second opinion and called Wayne's. They sent out William who clearly knew more than the guy from the other company from the minute he arrived. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. No new parts needed. They charged a very reasonable diagnostic fee and he was a pleasure to deal with. Even fixed a small issue with the other system after i asked a question about it. I would highly recommend Wayne's and William.

We are new residents of Louisa, VA from New England & needed a heating/air conditioning system inspection, air handler replacement, damper work and education for this system that is very new to us! Model of excellence in customer service. I had a mini split installed in a barn room. The technicians showed up EXACTLY on the agreed time. They were professional and courteous. But more importantly, their attention to detail was perfect... The installation was perfect! They lined up the conduit, condensate line, and Freon lines flawlessly with the siding, which for my setup was no easy task. Plus, they register your product for the factory warranty. I recommend this company to anyone who values quality service.

FIVE STAR SERVICE ***** With the 90°+ temperatures we’ve had the past few weeks my Heat Pump (24yrs old) was constantly running and the coils on the inside unit would frost up preventing it from cooling my house. Called Wayne's to schedule a service appointment. Robert, their service tech left a couple hours ago and while the outside temperature is 92°, inside the house it’s a cool 76°.
Really impressed by Robert’s professionalism and knowledge. He had a different piece of test equipment for every component of the system. He explained what each device did and before he performed the test he told me what it would read on the display if it was good or not so good. In the end he found a capacitor on the inside unit and a controller switch on the outside unit that hadn’t aged very well and replaced them. The Freon was a little low and added a little more to the system.
Highly recommend you call Wayne’s Heating and Cooling when you have a problem or even for routine service with your system.
